Many years ago I visited a spiritual healer. It was an act of desperation really. I didn’t expect it to work even though I worked in a spiritual field I just couldn’t see how someone could send healing energy to me and fix me. At the time I had whiplash and was in a lot of pain. I was on pain killers and having physiotherapy – nothing else could be done.

As I sat quietly the healer held her hands about 8 inches from my neck. At no point did she touch me. I could feel a warmth, which grew hotter and hotter. The fact that we are pure energy has been known to our ancients and to our future selves. It is as if we are in a barren stage of our existence where, because we have discovered medicine, we have forgotten the most important thing – all illness is an interruption in our life force our chi, our energy flow.

Many cultures have studied chi and found that it flows along meridian or lines in our bodies. They also devised system to clear any blockages and allow the chi to once again flow. Probably the most ancient is acupuncture.

All that stands between us and perfect health is understanding the message the illness brings and clearing the blockage it has created then allowing our energy to flow.

Once we become aware that we are beings of energy it becomes a lot easier to fix any physicals problems with cosmic healing.
